Having a complete set of plans and specifications are key to making the construction process go smoothly.  No doubt, there may be changes during the course of building ... but, good pre-build planning will minimize those changes.  Kurt works with his clients to tightly define the specifications so there are few things left to interpretation. 

Once the plans and specifications have been created, Kurt will then work with his sub-contractors and suppliers to provide the client with a fixed-price contract to build the home.
